Our BMW Product Geniuses are also the main point of contact for customers to answer technical questions in person, by phone, and e-mail. Even though our Product Geniuses are a part of our Sales Team, they are NOT a salesperson. Our Product Geniuses are experts in customer service and their goals are to excel and achieve complete customer service satisfaction.
